Baljia is an AI employee for your business. It builds your product, markets it and helps you sell, with a team of specialist AI agents working behind one chat. You stay in charge: you decide what it may do on its own and what needs your OK first.

Founders and small businesses. Use it to turn a new idea into a live product and find its first customers, or to bring more customers to a business you already run.

Through chat: on WhatsApp, in Slack once you connect it, or in your web dashboard. The dashboard also shows your tasks, the drafts waiting for your approval, and results.

Tell Baljia your idea, or give it your website if you already have a business. For a new idea it asks a few questions, shows you a plan to approve, then starts building. For an existing business it studies your site and starts on marketing and sales.

A web app for your idea, with sign-in and a core workflow such as bookings or order capture. Baljia runs automated checks and reports what it could verify; you should test important workflows before launch and after changes. Apps can take bookings and orders. Card checkout into your own payment account is not available yet.

It audits your site for Google and AI search, applies supported fixes to apps it builds, and prepares instructions for other sites. It writes articles for supported Baljia sites or connected WordPress sites, prepares posts for supported social accounts including Facebook Pages, and can run Meta ads within an approved budget.

It researches potential customers, prepares email and LinkedIn outreach, paces follow-ups and helps with replies. LinkedIn outreach comes with the Growth and Scale plans; Starter and the free trial do not include it. Sending limits reduce volume; they do not guarantee account safety or platform permission. LinkedIn can restrict accounts that use automation.

You do. An explicit request to publish or send authorizes that specified action; a request for a draft keeps it for review. For supported channels you can enable recurring work within daily limits. Automations that run on their own start on a paid plan. It only spends money inside a budget you have approved. If an account, recipient, budget or other material choice is missing, Baljia asks for it.

Baljia has three monthly plans: Starter $49.99, Growth $99.99 and Scale $249.99 a month. In India the same plans are ₹4,999, ₹9,999 and ₹24,999 a month, plus 18% GST. Starter is at a launch price. They include 1,000, 2,000 and 5,000 credits a month and the full agent team (LinkedIn from Growth up), and a fair-use daily limit on AI usage applies to every plan. Credits are what the work runs on. Every task draws them down as it uses AI and outside services. Chat, research and task execution use credits. Cost varies with the work, revisions and outside services used; one credit does not equal one task. Check the task scope and any quote shown before starting; see your balance and recorded usage in the dashboard.

Yes. A new company gets a 7-day free trial with up to 33 credits and a set amount of AI usage, and no credit card is needed. When the included usage runs out or the trial ends, choose a plan to keep going. Automations that run on their own start on a paid plan. Use the trial to evaluate a focused task. A complete app or campaign may need a paid plan and more credits.

Yes. Credits never expire; unused credits stay on your balance and carry over between billing periods.

Yes, anytime, without changing your plan. Packs of 1,000, 2,000 and 5,000 credits cost $49.99, $99.99 and $249.99 (₹4,999, ₹9,999 and ₹24,999 plus 18% GST in India). The 1,000-credit pack is at a launch price. Packs are one-time purchases and never renew.

In India you pay in rupees, plus 18% GST. Everywhere else you pay in US dollars, and prices exclude any applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Razorpay, and Baljia never stores your full card number.

Yes. A plan renews every month until you cancel it. Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not renew.

Choose Cancel plan in your dashboard menu. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then stops renewing. Cancelling does not delete your account or data. You can also email support@baljia.ai and we will help.

The credits it used while working are normally spent. If a task failed because of an error on our side, email support@baljia.ai and we will review it and credit it back.

Plan fees and credits are non-refundable, including the rest of a period after you cancel. We correct billing errors, such as a duplicate charge, and any stronger right you have under local law still applies. The details are in our Refund & Cancellation policy.

No. Baljia takes no cut of your sales: what your customers pay you is yours. The only fee on top of your plan is 20% on pass-through costs, such as ad spend Baljia runs for you through its managed ad account and paid API usage by your app. If you connect your own ad account, you pay the ad platform directly and Baljia adds no fee on that spend.

It uses your business information to run your company on Baljia: to plan, build, write and reach out for you. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your business data to train foundation models. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.

Only the ones you connect, such as WhatsApp, Slack, LinkedIn, X, Google or your ad account. Connecting an account lets Baljia act on it within the approval settings you choose.

Follow the steps on the Data deletion page, or email privacy@baljia.ai. We delete the requested account and company data within 30 days of confirming your request. Deletion is permanent; this is not a promised recovery period. Backup copies and records we must keep by law follow the retention rules in the policy.
