What is a credit?
Chat, research and task execution use credits. Cost varies with the work, revisions and outside services used; one credit does not equal one task. Credits never expire; unused credits carry over between billing periods.
Will the free trial finish my whole app?
Use the trial to evaluate a focused task. A complete app or campaign may need a paid plan and more credits.
How do I judge the cost before starting?
Start with a small, clearly scoped task and check your balance and recorded usage in the dashboard. Review any quote shown for paid media or other services before approving it. We do not promise a fixed credit count for every app, article or campaign; scope and revisions change the amount used.
Why choose a larger plan?
Larger plans include more credits; LinkedIn starts on Growth. Compare the allowances you need rather than assuming a larger plan gives a lower price per credit. Credit packs add usage without changing your plan.
Are there usage limits?
Yes. You start with a 7-day free trial with up to 33 credits and a set amount of AI usage, no credit card; when the included usage runs out, choose a plan to keep going. A fair-use daily limit on AI usage applies to every plan.
What happens if a task fails?
The credits it used while working are normally spent. If it failed because of an error on our side, email support and we will credit them back.
Does Baljia take a cut of my sales?
No. What your customers pay you is yours. The only extra is a 20% fee on pass-through costs, such as ad spend through Baljia's managed ad account and paid API usage by your app. There is no fee on ad spend in your own ad account.
How is ad spend billed?
Separately from your plan: what Meta actually spent, plus a 20% platform fee, when ads run through Baljia's managed ad account. If you connect your own ad account, you pay Meta directly and Baljia adds no fee on that spend. You set the budget and approve every campaign before it runs.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Choose Cancel plan in your dashboard menu. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. See the refund policy for details.
